WebVibe Documents
Early Access Terms
Effective date: May 22, 2026.
1. What early access means
Early access is a limited validation and pilot program for WebVibe, a product that helps launch and hand off AI-built or code-built client websites. The product may be incomplete, manual, experimental, or available only to selected users.
2. Request does not guarantee access
Submitting a request does not create a right to access WebVibe. Invitations may be sent gradually based on product readiness, fit with the current scope, support capacity, and the type of website you want to launch.
3. Current scope
The current focus is landing pages, business-card sites, service websites, marketing pages, and simple MVP pages without complex application logic, ecommerce, user roles, or regulated workflows.
4. Changes during testing
Features, interface, pricing, availability, timelines, documentation, and access conditions may change during early testing. WebVibe may pause, limit, or end the pilot at any time.
5. Feedback
You may provide feedback, ideas, examples, and bug reports. WebVibe may use this feedback to improve the product without owing compensation or creating ownership rights in the product.
6. Production use
Do not rely on the early access version for critical, regulated, high-traffic, or legally sensitive projects unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
7. Relationship to other terms
These Early Access Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Personal Data Processing Consent.
