WebVibe Documents

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 22, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how WebVibe processes personal data when you visit the website, submit an early access request, or communicate with the project team.

1. Controller and contact

WebVibe is an early-stage product project. For privacy requests, contact the project operator at aivibeweb@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Name or preferred form of address.
  • Email, Telegram handle, or another contact you provide.
  • Your segment, tools, launch pain, monthly site volume, and project link if submitted.
  • Free-form context you choose to send through the form or later messages.
  • Technical data needed to operate the site and protect the form, including page URL, referrer, UTM tags, user agent, timestamp, and server logs.

3. Why we use the data

  • To receive and process early access requests.
  • To contact you about WebVibe, product validation, interviews, and pilot access.
  • To understand demand, use cases, and repeated launch problems for AI-built websites.
  • To maintain security, prevent spam, and keep a record of consent.
  • To improve website copy, onboarding, product scope, and support workflows.

4. Legal basis

For form submissions, WebVibe relies on your consent and on the need to take steps before entering a pilot or product relationship. For basic technical logs, WebVibe relies on the legitimate need to keep the website secure and operational.

5. Processors and transfers

WebVibe may use hosting, spreadsheet, email, messaging, analytics, and infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Google to operate the site and process requests. These providers may process data in countries where they maintain infrastructure. WebVibe does not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Early access request data is kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute-related reasons. You can request deletion earlier.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, email aivibeweb@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that happened before the withdrawal.

8. Automated decisions

WebVibe does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for early access applicants.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated as WebVibe moves from validation to a public product. The current version is always published on this page.
