Personal Data Processing Consent

Effective date: May 22, 2026.

By submitting the WebVibe early access form, you give informed and voluntary consent for WebVibe to process the personal data you provide for the purposes listed below.

1. Data covered by this consent

• Name or preferred form of address.
• Email, Telegram handle, or another contact you provide.
• Information about your segment, website workflow, tools, pain points, and project link.
• Any additional context you submit in the form or later communication.
• Technical request metadata needed to record the request and protect the form from abuse.

2. Purposes

• Receiving and reviewing your early access request.
• Contacting you about WebVibe validation, interviews, pilot access, or product updates.
• Understanding recurring launch problems for AI-built and code-built websites.
• Improving WebVibe, its onboarding, website content, and support materials.
• Maintaining proof of consent and protecting the form from spam or misuse.

3. Processing actions

WebVibe may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, analyze, anonymize, block, delete, and otherwise process the data as needed for the purposes above.

4. Processors

WebVibe may use third-party infrastructure and productivity providers to host the website, store requests, and communicate with applicants. These providers process data only as needed to support the product workflow.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes are fulfilled or until you withdraw it. You can withdraw consent by emailing aivibeweb@gmail.com. After withdrawal, WebVibe will stop processing data based on consent unless another lawful basis requires limited continued processing.
