Terms of Use

Effective date: May 22, 2026.

These Terms govern use of the WebVibe website, early access request flow, and any pilot access to the WebVibe product unless a separate written agreement applies.

1. Product status

WebVibe is currently an early-stage product. Descriptions on the website explain the intended product direction and validation scope; they are not a guarantee that every feature is available immediately.

2. Who may use WebVibe

You may use WebVibe only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and you have the authority to submit the websites, domains, repositories, materials, or client information you provide.

3. Your materials

You keep ownership of your website code, content, client materials, branding, and project data. You grant WebVibe permission to process those materials only as needed to review the request, prepare a pilot, provide product functionality, support you, and improve the service.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit projects you do not own or are not authorized to share.
  • Do not use WebVibe to host or manage illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, overload infrastructure, or access data that is not yours.
  • Do not submit sensitive regulated data unless WebVibe has agreed to that use case in writing.

5. Third-party services

WebVibe may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, domain, form, messaging, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and availability may affect the final launch workflow.

6. Feedback and product ideas

You may send feedback, examples, and suggestions. WebVibe may use them to improve the product without restriction or compensation, while your private project materials remain yours.

7. No warranty during early access

The website and early access product are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. WebVibe does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every framework, or suitability for critical production workflows during the validation stage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost profit, lost data, reputational, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or early access product.

9. Suspension or refusal

WebVibe may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if a request falls outside the current scope, creates legal or security risk, violates these Terms, or cannot be supported with current product capacity.

10. Updates and contact

These Terms may be updated as WebVibe moves toward public launch. Questions can be sent to aivibeweb@gmail.com.
